Patch Set 1:

the "sysmopcu" was introduced for backwards compatibility as this is what we used as service/script name in older sysmobts firmware versions (2011/12).   I guess by now it's no longer that relevant, and we're not using the debian packages for that anyway.  I wonder if our OE recipes still expect the controb/osmo-pcu.service, though?
