Patch Set 1: Code-Review-1

can you avoid circular imports so that we don't require a newer python version?

Otherwise this and the previous patch are one large chunk of cosmetics, I mean each of us is permitted one of these every now and then, but there is no real use in this, is there, besides knowing where to find the Test class?

I would +2 when this doesn't add requirement for python upgrades besides being huge and cosmetic, but for now...
