[PATCH] osmo-trx[master]: sigProcLib.h: Fix whitespaces. No non-whitespace changes.

sigProcLib.h: Fix whitespaces. No non-whitespace changes.

The file seem to be using "2 spaces" indent, bt some lines are using
tabs which breaks formatting.
