libosmocore[master]: utils/conv_gen.py: generate a single file

This is merely a historical archive of years 2008-2021, before the migration to mailman3.

A maintained and still updated list archive can be found at https://lists.osmocom.org/hyperkitty/list/gerrit-log@lists.osmocom.org/.

Patch Set 8:

Sorry for my English. I meant: as many convolutional codes
we add, as many files we will have. For example, the MCS
convolutional codes will bring about 15 new files. Finally,
we will have to add 15 new entries into the Makefile.am,
what makes one harder to understand.

Could you help me to write a more accurate description?
Thanks in advance!
