[PATCH] libosmocore[master]: vty/show asciidoc: counters: improve table headers

vty/show asciidoc: counters: improve table headers

add [options=header] to every table header
vty/show asciidoc: rename reference field into "Reference"
vty/show asciidoc: capilize table header field names
