bhargava_abhyankar gerrit-no-reply at lists.osmocom.orgPatch Set 3: In section 12.24 its defined as The ACCESS_BURST_TYPE field indicates if the 8 or 11 bit format shall be used in the PACKET CHANNEL REQUEST message, the PS HANDOVER ACCESS message, the PTCCH uplink block (3GPP TS 44.004) and in the PACKET CONTROL ACKNOWLEDGMENT message when the format is four access bursts. 1.For 11 bit RACH the message is EGPRS Packet channel Request. 2.The ACCESS_BURST_TYPE is coded as above when when the format is four access bursts, but in SIB 13 we do not have four access burst as default format.
