So it is like mic/speaker -> DSP (voice codec) -> DSP (channel coding) -> Radio So the voice data never passes from the phone to your PC. The only configuration that does this, is when you use OsmocomBB as a channel for lcr. You could of course modify the softwrae to pass (a copy of) the voice to the PC even in regular case. But for the UL voice (i.e. your speak), you might also need to patch the DSP because AFAIR, there isn't any flag to get a copy of the microphone audio. We will build a toolchain consisting of: * GCC 4.8.2 * Binutils 2.21.1 * Newlib 1.19 Getting the buildscript First of all, create a directory you want to use for building the toolchain, and download the buildscript gnu-arm-build.3.sh there. You will need to make it executable: $ chmod +x gnu-arm-build.3.sh Dependencies In order to build the toolchain, you will need to install the following packages (assuming you're using a Debian-based distribution): $ sudo apt-get install build-essential libgmp3-dev libmpfr-dev libx11-6 libx11-dev texinfo flex bison libncurses5 \ libncurses5-dbg libncurses5-dev libncursesw5 libncursesw5-dbg libncursesw5-dev zlibc zlib1g-dev libmpfr4 libmpc-dev Preparation Open a shell in the directory of gnu-arm-build.sh and create the following directories: $ mkdir build install src Download the needed sources to src/: $ cd src/ $ wget http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gcc/gcc-4.8.2/gcc-4.8.2.tar.bz2 $ wget http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/binutils/binutils-2.21.1a.tar.bz2 $ wget ftp://sources.redhat.com/pub/newlib/newlib-1.19.0.tar.gz Building the toolchain $ cd .. $ ./gnu-arm-build.3.sh I will build an arm-none-eabi cross-compiler: Prefix: /install Sources: /src Build files: /build Press ^C now if you do NOT want to do this. Dann kam folgendes, als wenn er Probleme mit den Ordnern hatte. cid:image001.jpg at 01D17613.420C17C0 K?nnt ihr mir weiterhelfen? Gru? Maybe it was at physical meetings of developers only and not on the list yet, sorry. The necessary code on the Layer2/3 side should all be implemented. The remainder is the wokr required in the layer 1 on the phone, where the problem of synchronizing to the neighbor cells has to be solved. The various BTSs all have their own clock, and they are not synchronized to one another. In order to do hand-over, the MS involved needs to send regular measurement reports of neighbor cells. In order to do so, it needs to switch to the neighbor cell ARFCN and perform both a power measurement as well as a Sync Burst detection to obtain the BSIC. So the L1 needs to * be able to maintain synchronization parameters not only for the serving cell but also for neighbor cells * be able to switch + re-sync to a neighbor cell in the idle slot of the 26-multiframe. Iterate over all neighbor cells in successive idle slots. * provide rx level + BSIC readings for those neighbors to l2/l3 on the PC Regards, Harald -- - Harald Welte http://laforge.gnumonks.org/ ============================================================================ "Privacy in residential applications is a desirable marketing option." There I prefer the redmine theme, it has a near black font on the white background: common sensical design choice ... IMHO #808080-on-white is plain stupid. I could clone the theme and modify the font color for contrast, and then I'd be fine with any of the two themes suggested (github or opensuse). For opensuse this would probably suffice: [[[ table.list tr.issue a { color: #000; } span.description, #search-results dd span.description { color: #000; } ]]] And while at it I'd enlarge the font just a tad, but here I'm certainly drifting into deep bikeshed lands again. ~Neels -------------- next part -------------- A non-text attachment was scrubbed... Do you know if redmine supports going to HTTPS only (i.e. redir http to https). I changed the "protocol" to HTTPS in the admin panel but that had no effect afaict. I would prefer to be HTTPS only and also have the session cookie have the "Secure" flag (so they're never sent over plain HTTP) Cheers, Sylvain From domi at tomcsanyi.net Sun Mar 27 14:42:58 2016 From: domi at tomcsanyi.net (=?utf-8?Q?Tomcs=C3=A1nyi_Domonkos?=) Date: Sun, 27 Mar 2016 16:42:58 +0200 Subject: Time to rename projects.osmocom.org to osmocom.org In-Reply-To: References: <79493EC9-B340-4207-8CF3-1AA4EBFE4373@freyther.de> Message-ID: <2BAD5807-5A9F-4D09-9F88-43CC08537E87@tomcsanyi.net> 2016. m?rc. 27. d?tummal, 16:30 id?pontban Sylvain Munaut <246tnt at gmail.com> ?rta: > Do you know if redmine supports going to HTTPS only (i.e. redir http > to https).
