We would like to ask how to use counters in Osmocom to compute KPI's such as 1) CSSR (Call Setup Success Rate).
2) CDR (Call Drop Rate).
3) HSR (Handover Success Rate).
4) TCH (Traffic Channel) Congestion Rate

Please assist us how to get the counters in Osmocom if there are such counters
