Many people also try to use commercial femtocells - so far without any luck if I am correct. Sysmocom IIRC was/is in negotiation of cresting a working femtocell with some vendors, but my memory might be wrong on that.

And of course there is the nano3G too.

Currently we are trying to run the following OSMO elements using this URL "https://osmocom.org/projects/cellular-infrastructure/wiki/Osmocom_Network_In_The_Box#OsmoHNBGW”.

Instead of using a 3G femto cell as HnodeB, does anyone tried to use UMTRX, B210, and LimeSDR? 

Is there other software that will act as HnodeB between the SDR and OSMOHNBGW?
