Thanks a lot for the guide. Finally I can compile all programs successfully.
But I have another problem. I don't find gsm.conf file. In addition I followed all steps but when I start LCR:
** LCR Version 1.10
ERROR (in main() line 259) Error in /usr/local/lcr/options.conf (line 100): wrong option keyword gsm.
Tutorial indicates that it's necessary write gsm in the options.conf for activate GSM option. I don't know if the problem is gsm.conf file missing.

I have a new problem when I make lcr:
bchannel.c:26:27: fatal error: mISDN/mISDNif.h: No such file or directory
compilation terminated.
make[1]: *** [bchannel.po] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/rivas/GSM/lcr'
make: *** [all] Error 2
I'm following all there steps but...
