Did moving to git wipe out all change history? It'd be nice to be able to see the changes between the svn version and git version, since they seem massively different...

As Max says the 3.7 stuff is rather a large leap so we just committed that to start the git repo. The old codebase is still available using subversion but now the trac instance is following the git repository. We're also planning to mirror our git repository onto git.osmocom.org using either a post-commit hook on the master or a cron job.

If you want to checkout anonymously from git we can do that using "git clone git://op25.osmocom.org/op25.git" but we'll probably try to do more tarballs and make the main build instructions refer to them (since they should be stable enough). Anyone who wants to volunteer to rewrite the build guid and doesn't have edit permission should email me :)
