The cause is listed there in the output:

Its a bit cryptic but what its saying is that the code is referring
to a new function "ldu1::destination_str()" which isn't in the block
you are linking to at runtime using "make check". I guess you added
this function to the ldu1 class but not in the ldu1.cc source file?
