Try this:

./scope.py --args "rtl=0" -N 'LNA:42' -f 866.000M -S 2400000 -q 0

-LNA%% = gain
-f = freq.. can be 866.000M format or 866000000 or any other working format you have already been using 
-q = ppm
-S = samplerate, 2.4M (above) generally as high as an sdr will handle

FYI - the PPM will be different than what you are used to, at least it has been for me - You can alter the frequency in "scope" - just do your best to get close to the signal you are following - you will see it on the display.
