I think a lot of your errors are sound related, not directly op25. Does

aplay /usr/share/sounds/alsa/Front_Center.wav

play audio or give you errors?

The screenshot you included when you use airspymini looks like the
output you get when op25 hasn't locked on to a control channel. If you
have gnuplot-x11 installed, you should be able to press 1, 2, 3 or 4 on
your keyboard to help you with your tuning.
