    Ack. I've asked Philipp if this was not enabled on purpose in his patch https://gerrit.osmocom.org/c/osmo-bts/+/6642. He said that in theory it should be able to do EGPRS, but practically it didn't work, and suggested to leave this as-is by not reporting that EGPRS is supported for octphy.

    I've dropped the EGPRS/GPRS bits of this patch so now it only enables CCN.
