    I can write a short documentation in the readme in a followup patch. The version/use of asn1c is totally different here than in osmo-iuh.git. In here we use a much newer asn1c without our libasn1c.
    It's basically changing a couple variables in configure.ac to point to the right asn1c and running "make -C src/ regen" using buildir != srcdir.
