docs/shell: fix copy-paste typos in editor command descriptions
Two adjacent commands (`edit_record_decoded`, `edit_binary_decoded`)
had identical copy-pasted error messages with three typos each:
"modificatiosn" -> "modifications"
"us the" -> "use the"
"comamdn" -> "command"
