    There is l1sched (for which I am adding struct l1sched_probe) and libtrxcon (for which I am adding struct trxcon_phyif_rtr_{ind,rsp}). l1sched is not using the libtrxcon's PHYIF API directly, it offers its own API. This is why I am adding two things here.
