    osmo_sock_init2() has OSMO_SOCK_F_BIND set in flags which will enable SO_REUSEADDR (in src/core/socket.c l.392-405).

    
    For the timestamp issue ideally we are able to reproduce it at some point, so we should keep the timestamps in the test for now.
