DTX: bts-{sysmo,oc2g,lc15}: Print DEBUG messages about ONSET
We're printing DEBUG messages for all other DTX frames, but not for
ONSET. This made me think that we never received any ONSET frames
when looking at log output.
Let's add ONSET for completeness.
