    It might make sense to have this as an argument or somehow "configurable". Maybe not directly VTY-configurable (maybe?) but at least allow the caller to pass it in?

    While our current plan for osmo-bts is to use this format, there might be other use cases in the future. Also, the venerable nanoBTS already do support other formats.
