scripts/osmocom-api-doxygen.sh: fix upliading libosmo-trx docs
libosmo-trx lives in osmo-trx.git and has its own doc directory:
./libosmo-trx/doc
Upload this directory instead of the repository root ./doc that
contains no API documentation at all.
