5gc,hss,pcrf: remove mongodb when done

Fix that each of these jobs leaves a "db" directory in the logs dir,
that is the whole mongodb database. In case of 5gc it is 300 MiB in
size, which with daily job runs quickly turns into several GiB on the
jenkins server where build artifacts are stored.
