    Does this really apply to *any* BTS using osmo-bts? I don't think you can find osmo-bts-trx running this tool, because it does not listen on udp/3006. AFAICS from the source code, only osmo-bts-{sysmo,lc15,oc2g} are bind()ing at this port.
