    for f_TC_attach_timeout_after_pdp_act I would say, it doesn't care if we test for authentication in this case, because the test is meant to check if the timeout is working.
    So having the auth optional is fine.
    But for the PDP request, I should extend the testcase to explicit check if auth is expected or not.
