    AFAIU that would mean now any program linking against libosmo-sigtran would break because it would require tcap_talloc_asn1_ctx to be defined, which doesn't sound good at all.

    osmo_asn1_tcap_set_talloc_ctx() allows setting it optionally by the app. If not set, it uses the NULL ctx.
