    I see ABI breaks mentioned in TODO-RELEASE, shouldn't this be 2:0:0?

    From the diff it looks to me like only a new struct + function was added (in the host dir, for which the libversion is), no ABI break.

    "osmo_st2_transport new member" sounds like a new member was added to an existing struct, but compared to the last release, this struct was added.
