  • Patch Set #2, Line 53: -define(SOCKOPTS_DEFAULT_RTO_INIT, 1000).

    I would suggest to use 500 ms for all RTO_* values. Then it behaves similar to the Ericsson RBS. The peer's address association gets lost after about 10 seconds after eNB disconnect, the socket fails after about 20 seconds after eNB disconnect.
