eim_cfg: set eimIdType to eimIdTypeProprietary

In our implementation of the eIM and IPAd, we commonly use
an arbitrary string as eimId. This means this for now it is
ok to hard-code the eimIdType to eimIdTypeProprietary. We
can make it configurable later if needed.
