    the plan is to run this with true for ttcn3-hnbgw-test-pfcp and false for ttcn3-hnbgw-test. IOW i need two test suites, one testing behavior with PFCP support, and the other without.

    I submitted the docker-playground patch now that adds the new test suite, as reference
