    what if we added a "component" instead for libusrp, so the errors show up separately from the rest? (here: https://scan.coverity.com/projects/osmocom?tab=analysis_settings)

    and/or maybe we should mark usrp1 as deprecated, show a warning in osmo-trx when built with it and add a note to the README of libusrp1? right now it is not really apparent that this is not actively maintained.
