    I think we got some confusion here. I had another look at this direct TLLI thing. The TLLI is used by the BTS to confirm that the immediate assignment has been sent. This confirmation is also sent back to the PCU. As far as I know the direct TLLI feature is also ericsson proprietary. I think what happened here is that we first added the direct TLLI feature and then added the via PCU feature. Both are a bit mixed up and the SAPI should be named SAPI PCU_IF_SAPI_PCH_DT, since its ericsson proprietary I think PCU_IF_SAPI_PCH_ERIC would be a better name. We also do not need to distinguish between bts Types since the SAPI is used by ericsson BTS exclusively.
