    Is `/mme-list` correct here, or should it be `/mme`?

    `/mme-list` is correct, `/mme` is for a specific MME that already exists in the pool. This matches the OpenAPI definition: https://gerrit.osmocom.org/c/erlang/osmo-s1gw/+/41282/5/contrib/openapi.yaml.
