Add maintenance flag to slot_mapping structure
In order to store two mappings to the same bank/slot, a boolean flag is
introduced. One mapping can have the flag cleared and the other can have
it set. This will be used in later patches to have a mapping to a
maintenance client, while having an inactive mapping to the regular
client.
