    I am really not following here. You are assigning a single BTS to the PCU socket? why that limitation? Do you plan to have a PCU socket for each Ericsson BTS? That's not how the protocol is envisioned. One PCU socket is used to manage several (Ericsson) BTS afaiu, so I don't see why this relation of 1 PCU - 1 BTS.
