trxcon: use L1CTL_HEADROOM in l1ctl_alloc_msg()
The l1ctl_client_read_cb() is using L1CTL_HEADROOM, so let's avoid
inconsistency and use L1CTL_HEADROOM in the l1ctl_alloc_msg() too.
