    I'm still not really understanding this paragraph sorry :/

    what do you mean by "sending RTP that has been received by multiple receiving connections"?

    Why only one connection receives the RTP? Do you mean "receive" from the point of view of MGW? so you mean that only one peer endpoint may transmit at a time?
