Introduce osmo-dia2gsup-master, ttcn3-dia2gsup-test

- Add a docker container to run osmo_dia2gsup from git master.
- Add infrastructure to run the osmo-dia2gsup container against
  osmo-ttcn3-hacks.git/dia2gsup testsuite.
