ss7_xua_server_destroy(): Disconnect streams properly
destroying ASPs is wrong, since that'd also destroy non-dynamic ASPs,
hence erasing the configuration.
Instead, close oly the stream, and dynamic ASPs get destroyed as a
consequence.
