Hi,

This patch adds an AM261x-specific quirk to reduce the manifest wait time to 500ms.

The AM261x ROM DFU implementation resets before the default 1 second manifest wait expires,

So applying the shorter wait enables reliable firmware downloads while preserving the existing behavior for all other devices
