I've rendered your dot file with my dot program. The attached pdf doesn't look like horrible.

A have a bit of knowledge of dot: if you point which part of the graph looks horrible, I can help you to improve it.

i would like to do that, but the graph looks horrible, because i cannot place on or another boxes to a fixed place. without the graph would be hard to understand.
