Dear osmocomBB,

I'm using osmocomBB to make a call:
OsmocomBB# call 1 0987785050

But terminal response:
% (MS 1)
% Trying to registering with network...

And layer23 response in my attach file.

Can you tell me why I cannot register with network?

I live in Vietnam. I'm testing on Viettel gsm network.
