There is no such command.
Error occurred during reading below line:
 stick on
'stick' option should be used as 'stick ARFCN'. with this option your MS will be forced to use specific ARFCN. Be sure that this ARFCN is visible by your MS and owned by your SIM's service provider.

Also I think it's difficult for people in this list to help you without logs, at least attached mobile app log could help.
