Hello and sorry to bother you for such little issue:<br><br>I 
finally received the t191 cable and connected it to my rs232/usb 
converter. I only get 0.2v out at the 2,5mm jack, is this voltage workable, does someone faced the same ?... By the way, my Moto c139
is SIM locked, is this also a problem ?<br>
