I found out that my 2.5mm stereo jack is not long enough into the port.

So I try to cut out the plastic and now it work with the Hello World program.

But when I try to flash RSSI program, it said that not enough memory 64k blabla...

No but a lot of "old" phones have a pretty damaged/ dirty jack
connector inside that makes the data transfer unreliable.
You could try replacing it.
