I appreciate that you don't want to do the heavy lifting to merge other
people's changes, but the lack of any response from osmocom to patches
feels more like "we're not maintaining this" not "these patches need work".
I've stopped forwarding my changes to the list since they just appear to
disappear into a black hole.
