EDGE over osmo-pcu

Sipos,

All thanks for this EDGE development goes to Jacob/Sysmocom. We at
Fairwaves haven't looked at it yet. We're planning to add 8PSK to osmo-trx,
but we don't have a roadmap for it yet.
