add e1inp_ericsson_set_altc() to unixsocket driver
e1inp_ericsson_set_altc() set the a-bis lower traffic channel mode.
timeslot is needed to bootstrap the siu.
superchannel is used for everything else

add basic unixsocket support
Allow to connect to a unix socket communicating with LAPD.
Missing for merge:
- SOL_PACKET is not portable to *BSD
- unix socket path not configurable
