Not at this point. I think for something like this, what would make
sense is to
a) finish osmo-bts-virtual at all in the first place (it only does
downlink at the moment)
b) implement GSMTAP virtual UM support in OsmocomBB 'mobile'
c) add a scripting-language interface to OsmocoBB 'mobile'
d) then trigger the LU from that scripting language based on timers there
We're always open for patches and would welcome your contribution to the
project.
