[PATCH 4/4] conv/test: Extended convolutional decoding tests

This is merely a historical archive of years 2008-2021, before the migration to mailman3.

Add 20 additional convolutional test cases for commonly used codes.
These include 16 codes for various cases of GSM TCH handing and an
additional tail-biting case for LTE broadcast channels.
